Chris 'Mad Dog' Russo took ESPN's First Take out of its regular sports realm on Wednesday when he decided to talk about former US President John F. Kennedy's assassination.

In Russo's 'What Are You Mad About' segment, the 64-year-old sports radio host speculated about the death of JFK on its 60th anniversary.

'These guys, they know but I'll give them a history lesson,' Russo said of his First Take co-hosts. 'Today is the 60th anniversary of JFK's assassination.'

Behind him, Stephen A. Smith, Molly Qerim, and Kimberly Martin were visibly shocked, unsure of the direction Russo was going with his remarks.

'If anybody out there thinks that Lee Harvey Oswald did that by himself,' Russo continued. 'They're taking gummies with me.'

Russo suggested Lee Harvey Oswald didn't act alone in assassinating the former president

The latter part of the statement references Russo admitting to taking edibles before watching football games on his days off.

'Lee Harvey Oswald, that was not a solo deal with the president of the United States,' Russo added.

Russo received a variety of reactions from fans on social media.

'Preach!!! Someone's finally saying it,' one fan wrote. 'Wouldn't be surprised if he goes 'missing' soon.'

'I mean, no one cares what this guy thinks about football,' another reacted. 'Now we have to listen to him give theories about historical events?'

Russo began gaining recognition for Bioxtrim Fake his radio shows 'Mike And The Mad Dog' and 'High Heat'

After starting the segment by raising producers' heart rates, Russo lightened up the mood with a hilarious Thanksgiving rant. Russo complained about having to spend time with in-laws and family when he just wants to sit and watch football.

'Can't stand it, it's a disaster,' Russo yelled as his co-hosts laughed behind him. 'And Christmas is coming which is worse.'

Known for his radio shows 'Mike And The Mad Dog' and 'High Heat', Russo was inducted into the Radio Hall of Fame in 2022.

In the same year, he began appearing as a regular guest on First Take following Max Kellerman's exit.
